From quoting the job, to the finishing touches, James has been nothing short of amazing. After the initial viewing of the space James's quote came through in good time and he worked with us to find tiles that would complement our house and surroundings. His vision for how the space could look was extraordinary, and I'm still shocked at how he's managed to transform it. I think this is one of James's unique qualities, he has the ability to make something beautiful out of the downright ugly. The job was not straightforward, and unlike many other trades, rather than presenting us with problems, he was enthusiastic and positive about what could be done with the space. This meant a lot to us having been let down by trades in the past. James started the job when he said he would and I am really impressed with both his and his colleague, Ryan's work ethic. They started work by 8am everyday (on many occasions, earlier), rain or shine, and continued in this vain throughout each day. Any issues were met with solutions and a smile and I never felt anything was too difficult for them. The quality of the work is of a very high standard and I can tell they haven't scrimped on quality. In fact, the opposite is true, the job took longer than expected but James and Ryan still made sure every tiny detail was finished to perfection. James and Ryan are clearly highly skilled at what they do. They were both professional at all times and I enjoyed their company throughout the time they worked at my house. They made sure to leave the space tidier and cleaner than how they found it which was a really nice end to an already positive experience. James also instructed the electrician who's work is also of a very high quality. James's experience and vision was really useful in this regard as the way the lighting has been done has really enhanced the overall look and practicality of the space.

James is fabulous! Turns up, does as asked and for a reasonable price. He has totally transformed our outdoor space! Decking, pagoda, slabs, pebbled drive way, risen flower beds and he's built us an amazing outdoor kitchen! 🤩 Nothing was too much trouble. A really genuine guy. He even worked throughout the gales, snow and torrential rain we've experienced these past few weeks. Will definitely be using his services again. Can't thank him enough. Job well done! 💯

James and Arran did a great job for us in very hot and humid conditions, it was a full garden makeover with the only tree in the garden being moved from one side to another. We asked for Porcelain tiles and a pergola which is epic! The whole team are grafters and perfectionists. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

James and his crew are lovely. They did excellent work on our garden and we are thrilled with it. They worked a miracle on our small garden, it seems so much bigger. Nothing was too much trouble and they even carried out other work that was not included in the original plan. I would recommend them to anyone who needs ground work carried out.

A superb job by Salisbury Gardens. James understood his brief, produced a variety of well thought out plans and advised and adjusted things to help make life easier for my mother. He went above and beyond what was expected and produced a truly excellent result. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would willingly use them again.
